Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. 

📦 Return Policy – Store Credit Only

At Painted Aces Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns for store credit only.

Here’s how it works:

  • 🗓 Return Window: Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • 💳 Store Credit Only: All eligible returns will be issued as store credit to use on future purchases. We do not offer refunds.
  • 🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  • 🔄 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items returned with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or damage may be denied.
  • 📦 Final Sale: Accessories, jewelry, clearance, and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • All cancellations must be the same day or a 15% restocking fee will be charged due to items already going into production.  We do not return the amount for the credit card fees as those are non refundable once the transaction has been processed.

Shipping Info

FALSE CHARGEBACKS

If we suspect that you are filing a fraudulent chargeback, we will notify Shopify that you have falsely accused us of not delivering your items.  If this happens, we will automatically charge you a $100 fee for fraud.  Thank you and think wisely.
