Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. 

All of our bleached and screen print items are made to order.  Once the order is placed, it goes into production.  We are unable to refund bleached or screen print shirt orders.  Any designer items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition they were shipped out in.   Customers must pay to ship the items back for any exchanges or returns.  All sales are final on clearance, discontinued items or sale items.  If you have any concerns, please feel free to send us a message!

Painted Aces boutique ships to the address given at checkout. We are NOT LIABLE for lost or stolen packages!

FALSE CHARGEBACKS

If we suspect that you are filing a fraudulent chargeback, we will notify Shopify that you have falsely accused us of not delivering your items.  If this happens, we will automatically charge you a $100 fee for fraud.  Thank you and think wisely.
