When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During sales or launches, please allow a few extra days due to high demand.


How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.


Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time, but stay tuned — we’re always evolving!


Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.

Product & Sizing

How does your sizing run?

Most of our items are unisex sizing and run true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a comfy fit.


Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes! We offer a variety of sizes, including plus. We believe every cowgirl deserves to feel confident and cute.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

Final sale, custom items, and accessories are non-returnable.


How do I start a return?

Email us at paintedaces@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the process!


Can I exchange an item?

Yes.  We understand shopping online is hard and we will absolutely offer exchanges due to sizing.
